Once we verify the damage, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please note that refunds for damaged items may take up to 7–10 business days to process.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged during shipping or received broken.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or other reasons.
  • Please handle items with care, as we cannot refund items damaged after delivery.
